| Couplet product launch After some cosmetic changes and further refinement to the power supply, the 200 wpc Chapter Couplet is launched. (click here for details) Preface Plus product launch The matching Preface Plus Pre Amplifier launches alongside its revolutionary stable mate. (Click for product details) The first public demonstration of the unit was done by the Chapter Retailer ‘Progressive Audio’ in Kent, where Dave Harvey of Progressive took the first Preface Plus and Couplet units to a customers for an evaluation against Musical Fidelity, McIntosh and Audio Net amplification. Mr XXXXX of Kent becomes the first customer to order a Couplet Pre / Power combination, and Progressive Audio becomes the first dealer to have Preface Plus and Couplet on permanent demonstration after a successful customer demonstration. |

| Chapter appoints new Sales Director for the Asia Pacific Region. Based in Hong Kong Mr Colin Ward will be responsible for liaising with all of Chapter’s existing distributors and to set up new distribution agreements in countries where Chapter is not yet represented. Being responsible for all sales and service issues in the region Colin’s appointment is very important in Chapter’s growth in this region. Having a solid audio background, Colin is proving a real asset to the team, and we would like to extend a warm welcome to him. |

| CES 2005 Las Vegas Alexis Park: Chapter show and use the preproduction Précis Integrated amplifier. It receives a fantastic response driving the Morel Octave loudspeakers. The Audiophile Couplet two channel power amplifier and Preface Plus preamplifier were also on display. |
